This article applies to the Nearity EP320 noise cancelling headphone for work.

Short Answer: No (with One Exception)

The EP320 does not have a 3.5mm or RJ9 port, and traditional desk phones can only connect headsets through these ports. Therefore, the EP320 cannot connect to a traditional wired phone directly.

The Exception: Desk Phones with USB Audio

If your desk phone has a USB port and supports USB audio, the EP320 can be connected via its USB dongle. Check your phone’s manual to confirm USB audio support.

A diagram explaining EP320 connection compatibility with desk phones. It shows a 'Traditional Desk Phone' with an 'X' and 'Direct connection not supported' for RJ9/3.5mm. Below, a 'USB Audio Desk Phone' is shown with a green check mark, indicating compatibility is 'Supported with USB audio'.
