Pricing & Discounts

• Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
  Yes. Orders of multiple units qualify for 10% or more off. Contact our sales team at sales@nearhub.us or request a quote for pricing.
• Can I get a tax exemption?
  Yes. We support government agencies and qualified organizations. Email your valid sales tax exemption certificate to sales@nearhub.us along with your shipping address and the items you’d like to order. Once verified, our team will guide you through a tax-free purchase.

Payment

• Do you offer financing?
  Yes. Affirm offers monthly payment options at checkout, subject to eligibility.

Shipping

• Where do you ship?
  Free standard shipping is available in 40+ regions, including the US, Canada, Germany, Australia, and Japan.
• How long does delivery take?
  Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Premium delivery (3–7 business days) is available for an additional fee in the US, Canada, Germany, and select EU and UK destinations.

Returns

• What is your return policy?
  You can return any undamaged NearHub Board within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund — no questions asked. The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included. Refunds are processed within 7 days of our warehouse receiving the return.
• Who covers return shipping costs?
  If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 30 days of receipt, NearHub covers all return and exchange costs, including shipping. For all other returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Warranty

• What warranty is included?
  Every NearHub Board includes a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects under normal use. See NearHub Board Warranty and Support → for full details.
• Can I extend my warranty?
  Yes. NearHub Care+ extends hardware protection beyond the standard 1-year period:
  NearHub Care+ (1-Year) — extends to Year 2 — $299
  NearHub Care+ (2-Year) — extends to Year 2 & Year 3 — $499
  NearHub Care+ includes Express Replacement Service and 24/7 priority access to NearHub experts. It must be purchased before the standard warranty expires.

• Do I need to buy a wall mount separately?
  No. A wall-mount bracket is included with every NearHub Board. If you need to move the board between rooms, the Portable Stand is available as a separate purchase.
