When using Zoom on your NearHub Board, the camera and microphone may automatically turn off after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity, even if the meeting is still ongoing.
Solution
This issue can be resolved by upgrading the NearHub Board's module firmware.
The upgrade process is straightforward and only takes a few steps. Please follow the instructions in the SOP below to complete the firmware update.
Once the firmware upgrade is complete, the camera and microphone should remain active during Zoom meetings without automatically turning off due to inactivity.
