How to Install the TC40 Stand for NearHub Board S Pro 55"/65"/75" & Max Series

This guide explains how to install the TC40 Portable Stand for the NearHub Board S Pro 55”/65”/75” and Max Series. Follow the video tutorial and step-by-step instructions below to complete the installation safely and correctly.

Note: The NearHub Board S Pro 86” uses a different stand. For installation instructions, please refer to our separate S Pro 86” Stand Installation Guide.

Step 1: Install the Vertical Mounting Brackets

1. Carefully place the NearHub Board face down on a clean, soft, and stable surface to protect the screen.
2. Position the left and right vertical mounting brackets on the back of the Board.
3. Align the brackets with the mounting holes and secure them using the provided screws (G1).
4. Tighten the screws with a screwdriver to ensure both brackets are firmly attached.

Step 2: Install the Four Casters

1. Locate the four casters included in the stand package.
2. Attach each caster to the corresponding mounting position on the support legs.
3. Tighten all four casters securely.
4. Engage the caster brakes to prevent the stand from moving during assembly.

Step 3: Install the Lower Crossbar

1. Position the lower crossbar between the left and right support legs.
2. Align the mounting holes on both sides.
3. Insert the provided screws (B1) and tighten them using the hex wrench (A1).
4. Repeat the process on the opposite side to secure the lower crossbar.

Step 4: Attach the Upright Poles

1. Insert the upright pole into the corresponding support leg.
2. Align the mounting holes between the pole and the support leg.
3. Secure the connection using the provided screws (C1) and hex wrench (A1).
4. Repeat the same process on the opposite side.

Step 5: Install the Upper Dual-Crossbar Assembly

1. Position the upper dual-crossbar assembly between the two upright poles.
2. Select the appropriate mounting holes based on your desired Board height.
3. Align the mounting holes and secure the assembly using screws (B1) and the hex wrench (A1).
4. Repeat the process on the opposite side, ensuring both ends are mounted at the same height and securely tightened.

Step 6: Mount the NearHub Board

1. With the assistance of at least one other person, carefully lift the NearHub Board.
2. Align the vertical mounting brackets with the upper crossbar assembly.
3. Gently lower the Board onto the stand, ensuring the mounting brackets are properly engaged.
4. Secure the safety screws (E1) on both sides using the hex wrench to prevent accidental detachment.
5. Check that the Board is firmly mounted and stable before releasing it.

Step 7: Assemble and Attach the Top Shelf

1. Position the top shelf on its support bracket.
2. Secure the shelf using the provided screws (D2).
3. Align the assembled shelf with the mounting holes on the rear frame of the stand.
4. Fasten the shelf assembly using screws (D1) and tighten securely.

Once all components are installed, check that the screws are tightened, the Board is securely mounted, and the stand is stable.

Safety Reminder: Always lock the casters during installation, use at least two people when lifting the Board, and ensure all mounting hardware is securely fastened before use.
